Gloriana continues to put a heavy emphasis on kids. Over the years, literally thousands of kids have been involved in theater and singing through Gloriana. Children who participate in theater learn discipline and gain self confidence. Many "Gloriana kids" have become class and student body presidents.
The Georgia Lucas Backstage Fund allows us to train young people in all phases of theater, from stage hand, to operating lights, to sound, and many others. This program provides valuable experience to young people, as they learn the values of hard work and self motivation.
