Gloriana recognizes that privacy is important. Brown Paper Tickets®, our online ticket agent, safeguards your personal information by utilizing SSL (secure socket layer) encryption methods to transmit your credit card data for the purchase of tickets to our events. Brown Paper Tickets is a large, reputable organization that handles tickets for thousands of venues and will not sell your personal information to others. You will have the option of viewing their privacy policies during the ordering process. When you purchase tickets online, Gloriana does not receive your credit card information. However, we do receive your address and email information. We promise to safeguard this information and we promise not to sell this information to others. We will, however, add your name to our email list so that we can notify you of our future shows. You will have an option, in every email we send you, to easily remove your name from our list, if you so wish.

 

Payment and Delivery

Tickets are charged directly at the time of your completion of the online order form by Brown Paper Tickets. Your electronic receipt is your confirmation of the completed transaction. If purchasing tickets to an event, please keep this confirmation and bring to the venue box office on the day of the performance. If misplaced, we will also have a confirmation of your ticket purchase at the will call window. If purchasing far enough in advance, you have the option of receiving hard-copy tickets. Shipping of these tickets is the responsibility of Brown Paper Tickets and Gloriana is not responsible for tickets lost in the mail. However, we will have the names of all ticket purchasers so we will work with you to solve the problem in case of lost tickets.

If you purchased donor or sustaining donor tickets, your email confirmation can be used as a tax-deductible receipt. Any amount in excess of the general admission price may be tax deductible. If you require an additional receipt for tax purposes, please contact us directly.

 

Returns and Refunds

All donations and ticket sales are final. Brown Paper Tickets provides a mechanism to cancel your order within the first twelve hours, if you opted for will call tickets (see the Brown Paper Tickets site for more information). Once the twelve hours have passed, no refunds are available. If for any unforeseen reason you cannot attend a performance for which you have paid, you can utilize that payment as a tax-deductible donation. On an as available basis, tickets may be able to be exchanged for another performance date. Please contact the box office at (707) 964-SHOW (7469) to arrange for this possible exchange.
